Thursday Lunchtime Hill Reps
Hill reps are great for improving your ability to tackle hills and headwinds.
You'll arrive back at the desk raring to crush any task.
Sunday Long Run
If you want to run further then the long run is the most important of your week.
Pick one of our programmes to ensure structured progress
Build to 10k: Progress from 5k up to 10k
PB your 10k: Improve upon your 10k speed with runs between 7 and 12km.
Build to Half Marathon: Progress from 10k to Half Marathon
PB your Half Marathon: Improve upon your Half Marathon time with runs between 14 and 24k
Build to Marathon: Follow routes between 20 and 40k.
Saturday Morning Country Walks
Each Saturday we meet at a different pub to allow for a new countryside walk anywhere in the region.
We typically have three groups to choose from:
Scenic: 6-9km
Moderate: 8-14km
Challenge: 15-35km
