Basic 3 Week Trial
£15 for 3 weeks
Ideal if you want to try the club, find your rhythm, and start running with others at a comfortable pace.

- Full access to our weekly running schedule
- Interval training and steady group runs (groups matched by pace, with regular regrouping)
- Weekend runs including Adventure Runs and Sunday Long Runs
- Session details and routes shared in advance
- Friendly group support and the option to stay for post-run coffee or a drink when it suits
No automatic billing: your trial ends after 3 weeks, no further payments taken.
Best if you want extra guidance and accountability alongside attending club sessions.
Everything in the Basic Trial, plus
- Weekly coach check-ins and support to keep you consistent
- Personalised guidance to help you pace appropriately and progress safely, based on your run data
- Video technique feedback (simple form cues and exercises)
- End-of-trial plan / next-step recommendation based on how your trial went
