Former beginner and Couch to 5k member, Carolyn, pushed herself by joining Cheltenham Running Club and then went on to run a half marathon.
We decided to invited Carolyn along to a Beginner’s Week presentation to explain her experience since joining Cheltenham Running Club and her inspiring running journey. She has since gone on to run multiple half marathons, shed unwanted weight and improve her allround health. She continues to motivate new Couch to 5k runners who have just joined Cheltenham Running Club.
