Hear from one of our members, Zakia, who joined Cheltenham Running Club in March 2016 and went from strength to strength in one of our personal running programmes, ending in taking on Cheltenham’s Half Marathon later that year.
She’d kept away from running due the the effect it had on her lungs but overcame that when running with the support of a personal running coach and the comradery of other running club members.
