Workshop: How to Treat your own Foot and Ankle Pains

Running with arch and/or shin painĀ is no fun and it can be hard to find a long term solution since we rarely give these areas complete rest.

In this 35 minute workshop we’ll show you how to release tension in your lower limbs, strengthen the areas which support them and improve your technique to shift the stress off them when you run.
